She offers evidence-based wellness, fitness, and lifestyle guidance. She does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe or modify prescription medications, provide mental-health therapy, or treat clinical eating disorders or other clinical conditions. For any such concerns I will consult a qualified, licensed healthcare professional.Medical Clearance & Physician ConsultationI confirm that I will consult my physician or a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise, nutrition, or lifestyle program, and that I am medically cleared to participate. I will disclose all relevant health conditions, injuries, medications, pregnancy status, and limitations on my intake form, and will promptly update Geetha if anything changes. I will stop activity immediately and seek medical attention if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any concerning symptom.Assumption of Risk & Release of LiabilityI acknowledge that physical exercise and lifestyle change carry inherent risks, including muscle soreness, injury, cardiovascular events, and in rare cases, death. I voluntarily assume all such risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and hold harmless Geetha Rajendram and any affiliated entities from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. I confirm I am at least 18 years old (or have a legal guardian's consent) and am entering this agreement of my own free will.Terms, Privacy & ConfidentialityI agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. I consent to Geetha collecting and processing the health, lifestyle, and contact information I provide for the sole purpose of delivering coaching services. I understand this platform is not a HIPAA covered service and that I should not share information I would not want stored in a private coaching record.
