By creating an account or using the Coach Geetha platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Geetha Rajendram is an ACE-certified Medical Exercise Specialist, Personal Trainer, and Health Coach. She is not a licensed physician, dietitian, psychologist, or other regulated healthcare provider. The Service provides general wellness, fitness, and lifestyle education and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, medication, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or received via the Service.
You represent that you have consulted with a physician and have been medically cleared to participate in physical exercise and any nutrition or lifestyle program offered through the Service. You agree to disclose all relevant health conditions, injuries, medications, pregnancy status, and limitations, and to update this information as it changes. You agree to stop activity immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptom.
You acknowledge that physical exercise and lifestyle change carry inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strain, sprain, fracture, cardiovascular events, and in rare cases, serious injury or death. You voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Geetha Rajendram, her affiliated entities, and their respective employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to your use of the Service or participation in any program, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. You agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
Memberships are activated by Geetha after review of your application. Specific pricing, billing cadence, and refund eligibility are communicated to you at the time of enrollment. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees paid are non-refundable once a coaching period has begun.
All content provided through the Service — including plans, exercise descriptions, videos, written materials, and program structure — is the property of Geetha Rajendram and is provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful content, harass others, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, or violate any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant any specific health, fitness, or weight outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Geetha Rajendram operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
