This Privacy Policy explains how Coach Geetha ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our platform (the "Service"). By using the Service you consent to the practices described here.
Account information: name, email, password (hashed).
Health & lifestyle information you provide: medical history, goals, dietary preferences, sleep, stress, activity, and any other intake form responses.
Coaching data: plans assigned to you, check-ins, progress notes, and messages with your coach.
Technical data: log data, device and browser information, IP address, and basic analytics.
We use your information to: (a) deliver coaching services, (b) personalize plans and recommendations, (c) communicate with you about your membership, (d) maintain security and prevent abuse, (e) comply with legal obligations, and (f) improve the Service.
We rely on your explicit consent (given at signup) and the performance of our coaching agreement with you as the legal bases for processing your information. Where required by law, we will request additional consent for sensitive health data.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: (a) trusted service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g. hosting, database, email delivery) under confidentiality obligations; (b) your coach Geetha Rajendram; (c) legal authorities when required by law; and (d) successors in the event of a business transfer.
The Service is not a HIPAA-covered entity or business associate. Information you submit is treated with care but is not governed by HIPAA. Please do not submit information you would not want stored in a private coaching record.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion at any time.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights contact us using the options on our website. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and row-level access controls — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us to have it removed.
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. By using the Service you consent to such transfer.
We use only essential cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Questions about this Privacy Policy or your data can be sent through the contact options provided on our website.
